is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Region 4
Arabian Horse Association will be held on Saturday, March 6, 2010 at the
YAMHILL GRILL - 2818 Portland Road (Hwy 99), Newberg, Oregon, beginning
at 9:00 am. The restaurant
will be serving individual breakfasts beginning at 8:30
am, so please arrive early enough to place your order before the
meeting starts. All club delegates are strongly encouraged to attend.

Committee Chairpersons, members and interested parties are encouraged to
attend. Committee Chairs please bring a written report of your
committee activities. In the event that you are unable to
attend, please submit this information electronically to regional
director, Peggy Weems and secretary, Lisa Kolke, prior to Thursday,
March 4th, 2010 for board consideration and approval.
Designation of Delegates and Alternates
Each
Member Organization shall provide the Secretary of the Region with a
current written list of the names and contact information of its
selected delegates if different than the delegates recorded with AHA.
Please note that this document must be signed by your clubs President &
Secretary in order to seat new delegates or alternates to the Region 4
AHA board of directors.
Please
bring your Region 4 AHA materials, along with this notice, agenda and
copy of the previous meeting minutes. Copies will not be provided.
