Region 4 Sport Horse
Region 4 has been a leader in creating and promoting opportunities for the Arabian Sport Horse for more than 25 years. Our members compete in 'open' (open to all breeds) and Arabian-only shows in the international disciplines of hunter, jumper, dressage and carriage pleasure driving, and in the uniquely Arabian sport horse division.
Arabian Sport Horse division is where horses are shown in-hand individually on a triangular pattern and evaluated on conformation and movement at the walk and trot; under saddle, in traditional rail classes; and in the more advance sport horse show hack, another rail class similar to the English Division's Show Hack.
Judges for the Arabian Sport Horse division must hold Dressage, Hunter, Jumper, Dressage Sport Horse Breeding or Hunter Breeding licenses.
